Mid-life Crisis at 32?

God, I think I'm having my first mid-life crisis.

I bought a pair of skinny jeans yesterday.

I have a hankering to stay up late and get drunk and go out.

Shit!

The Average Australian woman thinks you need a night on the town drinking and dancing in your skinny jeans. Let Stomper get over her hangover and drag her out with you.

I disagree with Susannah, by Stomper's own words, you won't get a drink with her around, so definitely don't invite her.

If you have the body for skinny jeans, go for it. If you have orange pant suit's skinny legs and big hips though, get a refund! I beg you.

If we're going out and you're wearing skinny jeans, I reserve the right to dress in a matching tragic 80's look, possibly one involving leg-warmers. Don't laugh. I OWN leg-warmers. Or I could go for the full Madonna look with lacy purple stockings, a military jacket, a flouncy skirt and loads and loads of eye-makeup. I haven't quite made up my mind yet.

And Aunty. She does have the figure to wear the skinny jeans.

Haha! Go & enjoy! I am still having mid life crises in my old age. They are the best parts of your life sometimes.

Oooh legwarmers, actually I secretly kind of like legwarmers, sometimes. That reminds me I have some great vintage 80's patterns, I might do 80's for next Wed.
Stomper thanks for the vote of confidence about my figure, I'm not complaining I am happy with my weight, but you know I have toothpick calves, which is why I am so fond of flares and bootlegs. I wasn't planning on having my bum showing in the skinny jeans, and preferably not my calves either, I was thinking boots. Or at least not both at once, for proportion's sake.

I'll probably just agree with Rodrigo here. You didn't realise that your skinny jeans decision would have a world wide impact, did you?
